the hotel location is great. i could use the monorail to get to the sahara. there were many shops and restaurants right in the hotel.
check in took a long time. there were many people in line. also, the power sockets next to the bed didn't work. it took the engineers eight hours to fix them.

self check-in was available, and it was super easy. i downloaded the app as suggested. i headed to my room fast avoiding the desk line. the location is good, near shops and restaurants.
directions to my room were unclear. i thought i was on one floor, but i was actually on another. it caused some confusion upon arrival.
